The Training Specialist is responsible for design coordination delivery of training and maintenance of training programs and ensuring that training meets organizational and departmental needs through effective measurement.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Determine training needs

  • Collaborate with department and project managers to identify training needs for new products applications and equipment launches

  • Design training programs

  • Determine appropriate training solutions based on training needs assessments using traditional blended and modern approaches

  • Define learning objectives and methods to achieve them

  • Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business needs

  • Develop training materials including prerequisites objectives guides job aids and assessments

  • Follow organizational branding standards

  • Update materials to reflect continuous improvement and business changes

  • Communicate with departments to support training launches

  • Implement training programs

  • Conduct training sessions

  • Support cross training initiatives

  • Measure training effectiveness

  • Design methods and documentation to demonstrate and measure learning outcomes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five plus years related training experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Training Human Resources or related field; equivalent work experience will be considered

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word and PowerPoint)

  • Demonstrated ability in creation of learning objectives using a variety of learning/design techniques

WORKING CONDITIONS

The following represents general working conditions for this role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.

  • This role combines office-based administrative duties with physical activity in field or production environments.

  • In the office setting tasks may require extended computer use sitting and attending meetings.

  • Field or floor work may involve walking across various terrains or shop floors standing moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds) climbing stairs and exposure to varying temperatures or noise levels.

  • Must be able to shift focus between detailed cognitive work and occasional physical tasks as needed.

Pay Range:

$64500.00 - $103500.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
