We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and help ensure cars are repaired right the first time. Our team works together in a smooth organized and drama-free environment where your expertise and voice are valued. Compensation & Perks:

• Advisor pay structure: Commission % on GP
• Annual pay range: $70000 $140000 based on ability and experience

Who Were Looking For:

• Experienced automotive service advisors who want to work with a professional collaborative team
• Open to learning proven processes that create an efficient and organized shop
• European shop or dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
• Consult with customers to understand vehicle issues and provide accurate service recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians for timely repair completion
• Communicate updates and additional service needs clearly to customers
• Maintain thorough service records
• Uphold excellent customer service standards

Requirements:

• 3 years of automotive customer service experience
• Knowledge of European/exotic vehicles preferred
• Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Valid drivers license
