Carpentry Apprentice

• Compensation is hourly plus bonus
• Pay increase with passing Kitchen Tune-Up certifications
• Direct six-month track to team lead with pay increase

• Arrive to jobsite on time
• Follow instructions given by project manager
• Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently

• No paid experience needed looking for mechanical skills or home project experience
• Excellent Communication skills (so you know what to do / we know what was done)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools (table saw band saw power hand saw router nail gun)
• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time

• In 24 hours phone interview
• In 48 hours in-person interview
• In 5-7 days offer letter and lunch with the owner
