The Painting Craftsmen is a residential painting company known for high-quality work and a great team environment. We take pride in our craft and are looking for someone motivated to learn the trade from the ground up.

What Youll Do:
You dont need to be a pro yetwell teach you everything. You will start by supporting our lead painters and learning the essentials:

Preparation: Sanding masking caulking and filling holes.
Site Setup: Protecting furniture and floors with drop cloths and tape.
Painting: Learning professional brush roller and spray techniques.
Cleanup: Maintaining a tidy workspace and cleaning tools properly.

What Were Looking For:

Reliability: You show up on time every time. Monday - Friday - no nights no weekends!
Attitude: Youre eager to learn take direction well and have a positive vibe.
Physical Fitness: Comfortable on ladders and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Attention to Detail: You care about doing a job right the first time.
