What Youll Do (The Role):

Prepare: Sand caulk patch and fill holes for a perfect finish.
Protect: Set up sites by protecting floors and furniture with drop cloths and tape.
Paint: Learn professional brush roller and spray techniques under expert guidance.
Maintain: Ensure a clean organized and professional workspace.

What Were Looking For (The Requirements):

Reliability: You show up on time ready to work every day.
Attitude: Eager to learn takes direction well and keeps a positive vibe.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable on ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Detail-Oriented: You care about quality and doing it right.
Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license reliable transportation and pass a background check/drug screen.
