What Youll Do

As a Lead HVAC Installer youll be the expert customers trust and the teammate others rely on

• Install residential HVAC systems with precision craftsmanship and pride

• Work closely with a skilled team to deliver flawless installations

• Measure cut and assemble ductwork piping and electrical components

• Connect systems to existing infrastructure and ensure everything runs at peak performance

• Test troubleshoot and finetune installations

• Deliver exceptional customer serviceeducating homeowners and building trust

• Maintain a safe clean and professional work environment

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems components and installation best practices

• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment

• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and customerservice mindset

• Valid drivers license(company policy requires drivers to be at least 21)
