Human Resources Document Specialist
We are seeking a Human Resources Document Specialist to join ateam in Washington DC for a 3â4 month project.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professionalwith an energetic personality who is able to undertake a variety of supporttasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attentionto detail and will be able to communicate effectively with Executives and theHuman Resources team.
General Responsibilities:
- Review format and edit existing and new documents for accuracy
- Create online fillable forms using Microsoft Suite
- Work with the HR Team and Executives to create new policy documents and/or revise existing company policies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have completed 2 years of college courses (Required)
- Must have 3 yearsâ experience working with Microsoft Suite (Required)
- At minimum 2 years of experience in a Receptionist Administrative Assistant or Client Services role
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively independently with limited supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
