What You Will Do

• Be the engine behind the sales team:
  Keep the sales process moving from quote to close by supporting Sales Managers and Sales Professionals every step of the way paperwork tracking followâups and all.
• Own the details (and nail them):
  Prepare review and manage sales documentation finance paperwork warranties and system updates to ensure accuracy compliance and a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate equipment from order to delivery:
  Help locate equipment and attachments place inventory orders track deliveries coordinate logistics and partner with the yard and service teams to keep everything flowing.
• Be the goâto for systems and reporting:
  Use company systems to accurately record sales activity monitor reports clear general ledger items and support monthly inventory processes.
• Support financing and manufacturer programs:
  Review finance documents before they go to customers and stay up to speed on manufacturer programs incentives and extended warranty offerings.
• Partner across the operation:
  Work closely with Sales Service Parts Equipment Coordinators and Yard teams to ensure deals move efficiently and customers are taken care of.
• Represent professionalism at all times:
  Interact with customers coworkers and partners in a way that reflects positively on the dealership and builds longâterm relationships.
• Keep learning:
  Participate in companyâsponsored and manufacturer training to sharpen your skills and grow your career.
