Sales, Project Coordinator

The salary range for this position is $62000 - $72000 and bonus opportunity

This is how you WOW:

• Build and support business relationships with strategic accounts across multiple divisions within the Institutional business unit.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and sales reps providing proactive tracking and enhanced service support.
• Manage complex equipment installations and coordinate activities across internal departments and logistics partners to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic approaches and provide effective product recommendations for resellers.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues while accurately maintaining customer information in the CRM system.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• An Associate degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous success in an Inside Sales support role working closely with operations and customer service teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone personality to develop trust and loyalty with customers.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
• A solution-oriented approach with the ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
