Business Development Representative

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents property managers contractors realtors and other referral partners
• Generate new referral relationships through door-to-door visits networking and events across Saratoga County
• Coordinate or host educational and relationship-building events (lunch & learns appreciation visits etc.)
• Collaborate with ownership and operations to ensure service excellence for every client
• Track activity and progress using our CRM and report results weekly

• 1 years of outside sales business development or account management experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Community-minded personality with a desire to represent a trusted local brand
• Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up
• Excellent communication professionalism and persistence
• Valid drivers license and daily willingness to travel within territory
• Preferred: Experience in restoration construction plumbing/HVAC or related industries

• Base Salary: $22-28/hour base pay (depending on experience)
• 3-7% commission on closed business

• Flexible part-time schedule: 2030 hours M-F with occasional community events (suggested hours approximately 10-3pm)
