Summary
CentraCares Emergency Department is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver high-quality direct patient care in our Western Region Emergency Departments in Long Prairie Melrose Paynesville and Sauk Centre. This role involves evaluating and treating patients of all ages in an acute care setting utilizing advanced assessment skills while practicing within established protocols and regulatory standards.
APPs enjoy meaningful day-to-day clinical independence while collaborating closely with emergency physicians as part of a supportive team-based environment. This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your license and make a real impact in community-focused emergency departments.
Schedule
Full-time 1.0 FTE Onsite at CentraCare Hospitals in Long Prairie Melrose Paynesville and Sauk Centre
Varying shifts(12 hrs. 16 hrs.) days/hours and locations
This position will have shifts scheduled into the weekend and holiday rotations
Pay and Benefits
Salary range:$141211.20 - $187553.60 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Preferred:
Previous experience as a provider in Emergency Department Urgent Care Family Medicine and Walk-in Clinic
