A respected and steadily growing community pharmacy in Miami Florida is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join its clinical team. This position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for a pharmacist who values precision patient trust and a wellorganized workflow.

Role Overview

The Pharmacist will deliver accurate dispensing uphold regulatory compliance and provide patientcentered care in a supportive collaborative environment. The role includes oversight of pharmacy technicians inventory stewardship and adherence to Florida Board of Pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review verify and dispense prescription medications with accuracy
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Oversee daily workflow and support pharmacy technicians
• Manage inventory including controlled substances
• Maintain complete and compliant documentation
• Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist License
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance
• Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred
• High attention to detail and sound clinical judgment

Compensation & Schedule

• $50.00 $60.00 per hour
• Parttime and fulltime opportunities
• Expected weekly hours: 2050 based on availability
