Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage an operation business unit or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality cost delivery and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.

• Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.

• Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

• May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.

• A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience leading in a manufacturing environment).

• Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience including leading teams in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

• Ability to document plan market and execute programs.

• Established project management skills.

The base pay range for this position is$87000 - $105000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factorsincluding the candidates experience education and skill position is also eligiblefor an annual discretionary bonus based on apercentage of your base salary/ commission based on the posting isexpected to close onApril 17 2026.
