Pay Rate: $17.00/hr $0.75/hr shift differential

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for operating equipment maintaining product quality and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures SOPs and production guidelines
• Operate monitor and adjust production equipment to meet quality standards
• Set up and maintain machinery including coating winding and finishing equipment
• Inspect and prepare products in accordance with specifications
• Thread and splice materials and handle production materials as needed
• Package finished products and build boxes for shipment
• Track and record production data and material usage (manual and electronic systems)
• Clean and maintain equipment printers and work areas
• Ensure tools materials and supplies are available for production needs
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain workflow and efficiency
• Identify and properly label hazardous materials for disposal
• Participate in safety quality and continuous improvement initiatives (lean waste reduction)
• Assist with training and support team development efforts
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic reading writing and math skills
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to operate machinery and use computer systems for data entry
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read and follow SOPs instructions and labels

• 2nd shift schedule: 2:45 PM 1:15 AM
• $0.75/hr shift differential applied to hours worked on 2nd shift
• 42 hours per week
• 30-minute lunch break
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
