CrewSELECT are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer / Carpenter to join a well-established high-end cabinetry business based in Balcatta delivering premium residential and commercial projects across the Perth Metro area.

About the Role

Working across a variety of high-quality installations you will be responsible for the on-site installation of cabinetry and joinery in both domestic and commercial environments.

Projects include:

• High-end residential homes
• Commercial office fit-outs
• Renovations and refurbishments

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of kitchens laundries bathrooms and office cabinetry
• Read and interpret drawings and plans
• Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
• Work independently on-site and within small teams
• Maintain strong site presentation and professionalism

Whats on Offer

• $55 $60/hr penalties (casual)
• Transition to permanent full-time ($44 $48/hr penalties)
• 45 hour weeks on average - possiblity for more.
• Regular overtime half Saturdays (Sunday work currently available)
• Drive straight to site no workshop attendance required
• Ongoing work with a stable high-end business
• Projects across the Perth Metro area

About You

• Trade qualified Carpenter or Cabinet Maker
• Proven experience in cabinet installation (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Own tools required
• Strong reliability and attendance history (reference checks will focus heavily on this)
• Valid Drivers Licence
