We are looking for full-time permanent Chefs in a relieving capacity to work across our metropolitan and regional sites (as required). A travel allowance is provided and you must hold a current hold a drivers licence and have access to a motor vehicle. Essential criteria include:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) qualification.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Ability to communicate effectively with older people.
• Knowledge of food safety legislation.
• Flexibility to travel to all Residential sites and regional sites (with notice) as required
• Drivers licence and motor vehicle.
