We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a well-established commercial construction electrical business based in Maddington. This is a key client-facing role working across a strong pipeline of diverse commercial projects.

About the Role

Join a high-performing team delivering electrical solutions across major commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates building strong client relationships and supporting project delivery from tender through to handover.

Project Exposure

You will be estimating across a wide range of commercial builds including:

• Shopping centres
• Warehouses & factories
• Childcare facilities
• Retirement villages
• Car yards & haulage centres
• Waste treatment plants
• Apartment complexes
• Council properties
• Food processing plants
• Recycling centres

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for commercial electrical projects
• Develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Interpret drawings specifications and project scopes
• Liaise with Project Managers Site Managers and clients
• Manage RFIs pricing variations and tender clarifications
• Support project handover to delivery teams

What Were Looking For

• WA Electrical Licence (essential)
• 5 years experience in commercial electrical construction/estimating
• Strong understanding of commercial project delivery
• Ability to build detailed and accurate BOMs
• Experience with estimating/project platforms such as:
  Bluebeam Procore PlanGrid (or similar)
• Excellent communication skills confident in a client-facing role
• Strong attention to detail and time management
