The HR Operational Solutions Advisor provides administrative and operational support within their functional area assisting in driving operational excellence across the People Group.

About you
- Bring solid HR support experience with strong focus on service and outcomes
- Use data and systems to spot trends and guide smart decisions
- Communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Balance priorities meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure
- Show initiative solve problems fast and drive continuous improvement
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Departments Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

- Effective execution of the day-to-day activities of the HR function following direction and consulting with the lead where required
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.

Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires as long as you remain in a nonchild-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
