As an Associate in our ServiceNow Deployment team you will support the implementation and optimization of IT Service Management processes and cloudbased solutions. You will work closely with senior team members to configure platforms troubleshoot issues and contribute to delivering highquality technology solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Support cloud infrastructure operations including monitoring basic troubleshooting and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and help implement ITILbased practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver assigned tasks.
- Analyze data and prepare insights to support project recommendations.
- Uphold PwC quality standards methodology and code of conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Service Management ServiceNow or cloud operations.
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and IT operations.
- Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow training or certification (nice to have).
- Basic knowledge of discovery tools (SCCM Intune Tanium) or DevSecOps concepts.
- ITIL 4 Foundations or similar certification.
Skills
