Compensation

Pay Range: $32000$100000 annually

Position Responsibilities

Sales Consultants - Automotive will:

• Build strong relationships and create customers for life by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to their needs.

• Serve as the vehicle expert by understanding product offerings optional packages and the latest technology.

• Deliver high-quality professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.

• Follow up with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.

• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals planned activities performance reviews and analysis.

• Bring a positive attitude and A-game to work each and every day.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience preferred (Automotive Retail Insurance or similar)

• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Willingness to complete a background check for sales licensing

• High energy enthusiasm and a positive professional demeanor

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Friendly and approachable personality especially when handling guest questions or concerns

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (6 hours)

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably

• Ability to bend squat kneel or stoop occasionally
