About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6900 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking dedicated and experienced tennis coaches to lead and develop our STMA Community Education Tennis camps.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for training young athletes of varying skill levels developing effective practice plans and instilling discipline and teamwork. Key duties include teachingtennis techniques preparing athletes for competitions andensuring a safe and motivating environment. Strong leadership communication skills and apassion for mentoring athletes are essential. Previous coaching experience and a deep understanding of the sport are preferred.

Age ranges: Age ranges will vary by session. Sessions will include youth camps (ages 5-13) and high school camps (grades 8-11).

Start dates:June 8th.

Schedule:Camps will run Monday - Thursday. Youth camps will run from 10:15am - 1:30pm. High school camps will run from 8:00am - 10:00am. Camps will conclude on July 29th.

Salary and Benefits:

Head Coach: $25-$27/hour

Assistant Coach: $20-$22/hour

High School Student Aide: $15.50-$16.50

No benefit eligibility other thanEarned Safe and Sick Time (ESST)as provided by law.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience in instructing/coaching.

Head/Assistant Coach: Must be 18 years old and a high school graduate.

Student Aide: Must be 16 years old and currently enrolled in high school.
