Role will require position to be onsite 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week.
Purpose:
The Manager Sales Force ExcellenceDrives sales execution quality through CRM optimization KPI tracking and adoption of standardized sales processes and tools. Conducts root-cause analysis of performance bottlenecks and leads initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities and operational discipline.
This role supports sales force excellence across the capital and clinical sales teams.
You will be responsible for:
Own CRM opportunity stage accuracy and performance dashboards.
Partner with Sales leadership to drive salesforce excellence and productivity improvements.
Manage KPI frameworks business reviews and operational routines.
Provide insights that shape targeting segmentation and resource allocation.
This role will also collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery Polyphonic and Monarch)
Qualifications/Requirements:
4 years in sales operations or commercial analytics
Minimum of a Bachelors degree
Strong CRM/reporting expertise.
Analytical and processdriven with strong stakeholder communication skills.

$118000.00 - $203550.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
