Business Development Representative Construction Robotics

Location: Hybrid (Northern VA / DC / MD) Territory: MidAtlantic Travel: 3050%
Compensation: $60000 base uncapped commission OTE: $125
Reports to: Director of Sales

Own a highimpact territory selling HP SitePrintrobotic layout that cuts labor compresses schedules and reduces rework for selfperforming GCs and AEC teams. Youll build pipeline from the ground up run ROIdriven deals and close multistakeholder cycles.

What Youll Do

• Hit and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets; manage full funnel in CRM (D365).
• Prospect and develop new business across DC/MD/VA/PA/NJ/DE.
• Lead discovery tied to labor reduction schedule compression and accuracy.
• Deliver persuasive demos (Teams jobsite) and build compelling business cases.
• Partner with leadership on strategy pricing and enterprise proposals.
