Job Skills / Requirements

Job Duties for Sales & Marketing Coordinator:

-Assisting Sales Executives in setting up appointments by making phone calls to potential clients

-Conducting marketing research for areas of WV PA OH and KY

-Gathering information from incoming sales calls-Inputting sales proposals and putting together information for Sales Department

-Assisting in social media email marketing and other forms of marketing that would help extending our online presence.

-Computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office programs are needed.

-Preparing reporting requirements for Department

-Regular attendance at staff meetings

-Other general administrative responsibilities for Sales Department

-Position is full time working 40 hours a week day shift Monday-Friday.

-Hourly position with bonus incentives based on sales production. $1k hiring bonus after 1 year full time with half paid after 6 months. Position typically makes $34-35k in 1st year.

-Prefer someone with a college degree or some previous experience in sales or marketing.

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or Equivalent
