Job Summary
Pay: $24 - $26 / hrShift: Monday - Friday 10am-6pmBilingual in Spanish preferredPosition Overview: Were seeking a motivated and detail-oriented On-Site HR Representative to join our dynamic this role youll serve as a key partner to both clients and candidatesconnecting top talent with the right opportunities while supporting ongoing HR operations at client sites. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at relationship-building and is passionate about delivering exceptional staffing and employee support Responsibilities:Maintain employee files assignment records and timekeeping data accurately and clarification on company policies benefits and employee handbook with coaching counseling disciplinary actions and performance evaluations as site compliance with safety standards HR policies and performance between client locations regionally as with clients to understand staffing needs and fulfill open roles efficiently and full-cycle recruiting including sourcing screening interviewing background checks and reference accurate candidate and requisition data in internal and represent the company at job fairs recruiting events and community outreach consistent communication and updates to candidates and clients regarding hiring customized reports or updates for client requests as employee orientations and prepare all required onboarding other duties as Requirements:23 years of HR staffing or related administrative experience preferredExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksBilingual (Spanish preferred)
