Position Overview

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience
• Experience working with high-volume and complex invoicing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with follow-ups and collections conversations
• Tech-savvy with ability to work across multiple systems and Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full AR process from invoicing through collections and payment
• Generate and send invoices to customers ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Follow up consistently on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with customers
• Work closely with internal teams to clarify billing details and issues
• Maintain accurate records of communications payments and account status
