Position Overview
Trinity Oaks Retirement is currently seeking a qualified Full-Time Sous Chef to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to become part of Lutheran Services Carolinas and support a vibrant senior living community working alongside a dedicated group of professionals committed to serving our residents.
Responsibilities
The Sous Chef will play a key role in the kitchen responsible for meal preparation and service developing recipes assisting with menu creation and ensuring the kitchen remains clean and meets all sanitation standards. Additionally this position involves overseeing dining services staff and managing the ordering of food and supplies necessary for efficient kitchen operations.
Compensation and Benefits
Employees can access their earned wages prior to the regular pay day through the Daily Pay App. Benefits are available beginning 30 days after the start of employment.
