Job Summary
Every invoice tells a story the vendor the purchase the approval the payment. At Freeland Auto Group were looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our CDJR location who enjoys reading those stories accurately the first time. If you take pride in clean reconciliations strong vendor relationships and a process that just works youll fit right in at our growing Nashville dealership group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Code and process vendor invoices and purchase orders for payment
- Reconcile vendor and manufacturer statements
- Process warranty and product registration payments
- Analyze multiple expense accounts and prepare monthly reports
- Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Automotive accounting experience preferred but not required.
- Valid drivers license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
