Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting information to property management and/or public emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity unsecured areas and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points common areas and exterior grounds to help support authorized access observe site activity and/or address policy violations in accordance with post instructions.
• Maintain required armed post readiness by handling assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies post orders and applicable laws and licensing requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
