Asign-onbonus is available to applicants who have not received asign-onbonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.

12 hr shifts 0630-1900 Saturday Sunday and one additional day during the week with call requirements.

Where You Will Work:

Become part of the dynamic 4-bed Operating Room team at Atrium Health Lake Norman where we specialize in providing high-quality surgical care across a wide range of specialties. Our OR team collaborates closely with skilled surgeons anesthesiologists and Advocate Health teammates to deliver safe compassionate and patient-centered care. Whether youre assisting with general surgery orthopedics Urology or Gynecology youll be part of a supportive environment that values teamwork clinical excellence and continuous learning. We are committed to ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care from pre-op to recovery.

Expectations Were Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• 1 year of OR experience as a RN strongly preferred

What Youll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe therapeutic care in accordance with established standards policies and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice clinical decision making compassion and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
