• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing grooming and meal preparation.
• Medication reminder and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in clients health or behavior.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Follow care plans and assist with mobility.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds baths wheelchairs or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens doing laundry cleaning the home or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of patient care condition progress or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor

• Engage patients in exercises or other activities

• Must have a valid NYS Home Health Aide Certificate Approved by Department of Health.
• Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
