Location: Oak Brook IL Professional Services Full-Time Contract-to-Hire
The ACE Consulting Group is partnering with one of our valued clients in the Oak Brook area to hire a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant. This Administrative Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly supporting leadership and ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting office operations coordinating communication and assisting with various administrative responsibilities. The ideal Administrative Assistant is detail-oriented professional and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to office leadership and team members
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
Schedule meetings appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare and organize documents reports and correspondence
Maintain filing systems and office records
Assist with data entry spreadsheets and basic reporting
Coordinate office supplies and support general office operations
Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office environment
Support internal teams with administrative and project-related tasks
What You Bring
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant Office Assistant or similar administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Pay
Monday Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $21.00 $26.00 per hour depending on experience
