Salary and Benefits

• Annual compensation range: $234635.20 to $267624.00
• $5000 annual company credit card for licensing DEA CE and equipment
• Access bonus of $12400/year (paid biweekly) for meeting 9-patient per clinic target
• Additional bonus potential up to $44000/year for higher patient volumes
• Sign-on/Retention (if partnership eligible): $50000 sign-on $25000 in year 2 $25000 in year 3
• Sign-on/Retention (if not partnership eligible): $25000 sign-on $12500 in year 2 $12500 in year 3
• $10000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10000 relocation for parent or in-law
• 29 days of paid time off (includes CME holidays sick time)
• Benefits begin the first of the month following start date

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient-only primary care to a diverse patient population
• Manage a panel of patients with complex primary care needs
• Collaborate with a large care team including 2 MAs 0.7 RN per provider and virtual triage
• Utilize support services such as telepsychiatry behavioral health chiropractic acupuncture and the Maven Project
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care meetings
• Full-time schedule with flexible options: 5x8 or 4x10 shifts

Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain
• New graduates welcome; experienced providers preferred
