We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning operational finance and accounting processes for our direct-to-consumer e-commerce business. This role will partner closely with teams across marketing merchandising and operations to provide financial insights while also supporting month-end close and vendor payment processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and e-commerce performance metrics.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the monthly financial close process including journal entries reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reporting packages
- Analyze variances versus budget and prior periods and provide explanations to leadership
- Work with businesses to ensure revenue returns fulfillment and marketing expenses are accurately recorded
- Develop weekly and monthly business/vendor performance reports
- Prepare executive presentations summarizing financial performance and business drivers
- Assist with Accounts Payable management including payment scheduling and vendor inquiries
- Review and process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approval workflows
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Perform ad-hoc analysis
Experience Education & Designations
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
- At least 1-2 years of financial analysis experience preferably in e-commerce retail or consumer goods
- Familiarity with accounting principles and month-end close processes; experience with Quickbooks is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Excel (financial modeling pivot tables data analysis)
- Skill in organization analysis time management and the ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems

The typical hiring range for this position is $58000 - $72000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skills experience and demonstrated capabilities as well as internal equity and total rewards considerations.
