Job Summary

Job Title: Plumbing & HVAC Estimator

Location: Brooklyn NY

Salary: DOE $60K$100K

Description:

Seeking a Plumbing & HVAC Estimator to handle takeoffs review drawings and prepare accurate project bids. This is a primarily office-based role with some field exposure.

Responsibilities:

- Review drawings and project specifications

- Perform plumbing & HVAC takeoffs

- Prepare cost estimates (labor materials subs)

- Assist with bids and proposals

- Coordinate with project teams

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of plumbing & HVAC systems required

- Estimating experience preferred (any trade considered)

- Ability to read construction drawings

- Familiarity with Bluebeam or QuoteSoft is a plus

- Detail-oriented and organized
