Were seeking a strategic data driven Sr. Product Director to lead our Marketing Technology (Martech) capabilities. You will define the product vision and roadmap for the platforms tools and integrations that power personalized marketing customer lifecycle automation segmentation campaign orchestration real-time decisioning and measurement.
You will own the end-to-end MarTech stack and enable Marketing Growth CRM Data and Engineering teams to deliver targeted timely and impactful customer experiences at scale. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing operations customer data activation pipelines and highly regulated environments. Your passion inspires those around you to come together and create experiences which delight our customers.
Youll define the product strategy and roadmap lead a team of Product Managers and drive measurable impact across growth trust and operational efficiency. This position sits at the intersection of Marketing Growth Data Science CRM Analytics Compliance and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for all platforms vendors workflows and journeys across out entire MarTech stack
- Your ownership vision and ability to deliver will directly impact several KPIs such as:
- Marketing campaign efficiency & ROI
- Personalization engagement metrics
- Customer activation & retention
- Cross channel messaging performance (email/SMS/push/in app)
- CDP data completeness & quality
- Time to market for campaigns and experimentation
- Operational efficiency for marketing teams (automation self-service capabilities)
- NPS/CSAT for customer messaging experiences
- Build a collaborative team culture that encourages open communication innovation and career growth while holding Product Managers accountable and striving for excellence
- Champion a customer first research driven culture where your passion of responding to customers ever evolving behaviors is second nature
- Expertise in customer data activation and segmentation tooling facilitates in automating and optimizing campaign orchestration and personalization
- Translate customer research and market insights into clear priorities and scalable solutions
- Build monitor and communicate results of real-time visibility into funnel health and account outcomes (dashboards leading indicators anomaly detection alerting) while also creating self-service dashboards for teams equally passionate about our customers
- Communicate clear data backed recommendations and tradeoffs to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 8 years in years developing successful digital products including 3 years managing Product Managers
- Experience designing launching and optimizing large scale and complex Martech ecosystems CRM platforms CDPs ESPs and customer data infrastructure
- Expertise in creating andmaintaining roadmaps while also training direct reports on best practices
- Ability to write descriptive narratives which demonstrate your knowledge of the problem strategies risks and data which helped formulate the proposed solution or feature
- Proven ownership of customer lifecycle segmentation or personalization products
- Proven ability to engage Data Scientists and ML teams on predictive or automated capabilities
- Experience in Agile software product delivery preferably in a scrum setting usingJira
- Expertise in funnel analytics experimentation and data-driven product development
- Executive level communication and storytelling to offer effective updates and streamline communication to a broad audience
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with vendor orchestration model monitoring and risk decisioning platforms
- Background building platform capabilities (rules engines feature stores experimentation frameworks)

The salary range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00 USD which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience geography business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid Flexible Time Off and paid company holidays.
