See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing reports to determine status of each asset.
• Data entry as each step of closing process is complete.
• Review data entry in each SOR for accuracy.
• Obtain review and execute deeds HUDs and other closing documents as needed to complete closing.
• Communicate with vendors clients lenders and various county and city offices.
• Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Your Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

• Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED
• Work Experience: 1 year of prior work-related experience

Additional Qualifications:

• REO/Foreclosure experience preferred.
• Read and understand real estate contracts/purchase agreements.
• Read and understand all closing/lender documents- including HUD 1 settlement statements and deeds.
• Basic knowledge of title issues and problem resolution of these issues.
• Strong communication skills a must.
• Proficiency in Outlook Excel and Word.
• High ethical standards and personal qualities
• Motivated positive team player
• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve in a growing expanding business

• Competitive Compensation:anticipated base hourly rate from $18.00 to $25.00 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
