Job Summary
Your New Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Infrastructure Delivery this role you will work closely with the Group Manager Business Support Officer and the broader Infrastructure Delivery team to support the efficient and effective delivery of infrastructure projects.
This is a dynamic position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Provide general administrative support to the Group Manager Infrastructure Delivery and all other Infrastructure Delivery staff including administrative clerical data entry and reporting.
- Promote high levels of customer service both internally and externally.
- Actively manage and close out customer requests for Coordinators Engineers and Group Manager Infrastructure Delivery.
- Assist to improve the profile of the infrastructure delivery department by monitoring the fortnightly works schedule and updating of content when required.
- Compile and consolidate job photos including review to ensure the photos published are acceptable and appropriate.

About You:You are an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in an administrative or similar support role. You bring a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid experience using Microsoft Office and corporate systems with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- A high level of organisation with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A proactive positive and professional attitude with a can-do approach
A Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) is desirable. A current Class C Drivers Licence is required along with a General Construction Induction Card (or willingness to obtain).
