Join a small high-performing Employee Relations team where your work will directly contribute to improving how we support our people and leaders. With the introduction of a new HRIS this is a unique opportunity to help shape how HR systems and processes operate across the organisation.


What would I be doing

As an Administration Officer (HRIS & Employee Relations Support) you will provide quality administrative system and project support across the employee lifecycle to ensure legislative compliance and smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

This could include:

  • Deliver end-to-end HR administration including contracts onboarding offboarding and employee data changes.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for the HRIS assisting team members and leaders with system queries.
  • Contribute to the implementation and ongoing improvement of a new HRIS helping drive system performance and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes.
  • Maintain accurate compliant and confidential HR and Employee Relations records.
  • Support Employee Relations processes through tracking coordination and administrative support.
  • Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support across other PLC functions such as Recruitment Learning and Development and Criminal History Screening.
