• Instruct patients on corrective and rehabilitation exercises
• Apply therapies including spinal decompression laser therapy electrical muscle stimulation and more
• Run patients through our HealthSource Movement Screen during their initial and progress exams
• Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics
• Manage patient flow between Doctor Rehab and Front Desk to ensure a smooth positive experience

• Answer phones greet and schedule patients
• Insurance verifications and scanning EOBs
• Create and deliver financial worksheets/reviews with patients
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining recording and updating personal and financial information
• Collect patient charges manage credit and process third-party claims

• Assist with marketing campaigns creative content and social media
• Participate in community outreach events to promote wellness
• Support promotional communications and patient education

• Help keep the clinic clean organized and welcoming
• Collaborate with staff to ensure efficiency fun and effectiveness in patient care

• Two-year degree or higher a plus but not required
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
• Strong communication and organizational skills
