Job Summary
We are looking for an individual who has the following skills & abilities to join our Procurement Team:
- Apply critical and strategic thinking while obtaining quotes and placing purchase orders
- Source new vendors to increase value across quality delivery and cost and effectively communicate negotiate and maintain relationships with preferred vendors
- Resolve performance challenges such as quality and delivery issues
- Build a strong working knowledge of current materials and appropriate vendor sources
- Demonstrate sound judgment when determining optimal quantities substitute materials and similar decisions
- Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
