Emergency Response Coordinator

• Be the Expert: Maintain a deep understanding of the insurance marketplace (claims adjusters and brokers) to guide clients through the recovery process.
  
  
• Drive Growth: Actively pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  
  
• Bridge the Gap: Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff from the emergency phase to the restoration phase.
  
  

• The Hustle: You are a self-starter with a sales mindset who thrives on urgency and performance-driven results.
  
  
• The Professionalism: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or service-sector marketing experience. (Restoration or insurance industry experience is a major plus!)
  
  
• Communication: Superb verbal and written skills. You can build trust on a curb at 2:00 AM and deliver a professional report at 9:00 AM.
  
  
• Education (Preffered): Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent professional experience.
  
  
• Requirements: Valid drivers license reliable transportation and the willingness to work a flexible on-call schedule (including nights/weekends).
