Im Hayden Gutry Vice President Strategy at Teamworks. Our Strategy team works directly with senior leadership across go-to-market product and G&A and the work is genuinely broad M&A diligence pricing and packaging board reporting revenue operations annual planning. Were a small team with real ownership over consequential decisions and Im adding a Senior Strategy Manager who can run complex workstreams independently and raise the quality of everything we put in front of leadership.

The Role

• Own cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end becoming the internal expert on areas like pricing revenue operations or product strategy

• Drive GTM strategy M&A diligence and annual planning through rigorous analysis and clear actionable recommendations

• Build business cases and market models to evaluate new opportunities pricing strategies and product expansion

• Distill complex data into executive-ready insights for board reporting and senior leadership

• Partner across products markets and functional teams managing multiple workstreams with proactive communication on timelines and deliverables

What Im Looking For

What You Must Bring

• 3 years in management consulting investment banking corporate strategy or a comparable professional services role

• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams build strong relationships and navigate tough conversations directly

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building market models and translating complex data into executive-ready recommendations

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides

• Based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh-Durham area this role is on-site at our HQ in Durham

• A genuine passion for sports

• You have experience in B2B SaaS sports or revenue operations
