Job Summary

A home care organization is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for caregivers in a structured office-based role.

Responsibilities Include:

Review and process caregiver timesheets for payroll
Enter payroll data and maintain accurate records
Resolve payroll and billing issues as they arise
Monitor daily reports and follow up on missing timesheets
Respond to employee inquiries regarding paychecks
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time

Ideal Qualifications:

High school diploma required; some college preferred

Good communication and problem-solving abilities
