Job Summary
Were looking for ahigh-level setup machinist who can take ownership of complex jobs on Mazak Integrex mill-turn machines from setup through production.
This is not a button-pushing role. Youll be working on tight-tolerance multi-axis parts across medical aerospace and defense.
What Youll Be Doing
- Full setups on Mazak Integrex (mill-turn) machines
- Setting up multi-axis (turning live tooling milling) operations
- Installing and qualifying tooling workholding and fixtures
- Dialing in feeds speeds and toolpaths for complex geometries
- Running first articles and transitioning jobs into production
- Reading prints and holding tight tolerances
- Troubleshooting issues and improving processes
What Were Looking For
- Direct experience setting up Mazak Integrex or similar mill-turn machines
- Strong understanding of multi-axis machining (C/Y axis live tooling)
- Ability to read complex prints and hold tight tolerances
- Someone who can think troubleshoot and take ownership
Preferred (not required):
- Experience editing Mazatrol or G-code
- Exposure to CAM (Mastercam Esprit etc.)
