Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse (RN)

Were hiring a MICU RN in Ocala Florida who wants high-acuity medical critical care experience and long-term growth in a Level I Trauma Center.

Youll step into a medical ICU role focused on delivering patient-centered care for complex critically ill patients. Youll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team while using strong clinical judgment to assess perform teach and manage care with confidence.

You have 1 year of acute care RN experience with higher acuity preferred
You hold an active Florida RN license or compact license
You are ready to grow in a medical ICU setting

Strong Med/Surg RNs ready to transition into ICU are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

$32.00$48.00 per hour based on experience
$4.25 night differential and $3 weekend differential
