Werelooking for a Communications & Engagement Officer to bring campaigns and community initiatives to life!

Whatyoullbe doing:
This is a varied hands-on role whereyoullwork across communications campaigns and community engagement programs that reach thousands of people every day.

You will:

  • Deliver communications and engagement campaigns including service updates and passenger education
  • Coordinate community outreach programs such as school education and travel training initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with schoolscouncilsand community partners
  • Manage sponsorships and community initiatives
  • Create clear engaging content across digital and print channels

WhatYoull Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Experience or interest in AI digital content socialmediaor campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • The ability to communicate with and work effectively with people of all levels
  • A can-do attitude and a genuine interest in community-focused work
  • Must be an Australian citizen or have full working rights in Australia
