Job Summary
About the position
Petrolink Support is looking for 3 experiencedConstruction Lead personnel to follow up contractor activities identify improvement areas and mitigate both for HSE quality and progress.
Contract location: Offshore Norway.
Rotation: 14/28
Key information
Tasks
Typical work tasks will be
Ensure VE field attendance during nightshift attend all contractor shift meetings
Follow up HSE Quality and work progress together with Contractor
Lead and assist contractor to look for improvement areas
Act in accordance with Company core values and HSE program
Company representative during nightshift
Ensure and assist contractor that activities are timely planned and executed
Actively cooperate with the project team during execution of Commissioning and Construction
Plan activities together with the Contractors organisation in accordance with established procedures and plans
Ensure activities are in accordance with Company and Contractor requirements for Safe Execution of Work
Undertake a review of previous lessons learned and the incorporation of relevant lessons learned into project planning
Qualifications
We are looking for the right candidate with the following qualifications:
University degree in Engineering long extensive experience can compensate for lack of formal education
Preferred FROSIO certified
Minimum 10 years of experience as lead or manager within larger development projects
Fluent in both Norwegian and English written and spoken
