Job Summary
We are currently looking for experienced Beef Cutters to join Fatland in Norway for an afternoon/night shift position.
Full-time jobs starting in August.
What we offer
Competitive salary: 320-470 NOK/hour (gross)
Base pay Performance bonus/Akkord Night shift bonus 30 NOK/hour from 18:00 onwardsAll tools and materials are provided free of charge by the factory
Subsidised hot meals are available daily in the canteen
Access to factory-priced meat products
Contract Duration: Initially until June 2027
Location: near Sandness
12% holiday pay
Subsidised accommodation workers (5000 NOK/month)
Relocation support: Initial travel assistance can be arranged (cost deducted gradually from salary)
Safe working environment with full on-site training provided
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday only
Job tasks
Full Deboning: Skilled deboning of both beef forequarters and hindquarters.
Primal Cutting: Breaking down carcasses into high-value primal and secondary cuts.
Follow hygiene safety and animal welfare rules
What we are looking for
Professional experience in industrial beef deboning and cutting
Physically strong and used to manual work
Reliable and able to work in a team
Basic English is required
EU or EEA passport or a valid right to work in Europe
