This individual is a strategic business thinker with the enthusiasm and aptitude to build. As a business development leader they will kick-start a new line of business in a well-established and successful office. The right person is a self-starter who is highly competitive with a servant leaders heart. Leading through individual production they are the beacon of success by identifying market trends attracting and retaining top performing talent developing high performing teams coaching counseling and teaching.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Introducea new technologyline of business to Vacos clientsby attracting new clients and consultants as well asbuilding ongoingrelationships.
• Attractretainand motivate sales andrecruitingtalent.
• Work with producers to set realistic expectationscoachingand motivating talent to set producers up for success.
• Foster brand identity in local markets through social mediaeventsand public relations congruent with Vaco global marketing.
• Contribute to Vaco global by promotingadditionallines of business and championing Vaco best practices.

Qualifications:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements belowrepresentthe knowledge skill and/or abilityrequired. Education/Experience:

• Bachelors degree; preferably in business/accounting/finance/audit/IT or MBA.
• Minimum5years experience within technology staffing and/or consulting contract or permanentplacementsales with progressive responsibility.
• Established reputation and network within the IT community in your respective market.

Technical Skills:

• Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Experience with Bullhorn preferred.

Basic Skills:

• Self-motivated and able to work effectively without constant oversight
• Strong communicationskills with the ability to shift messaging based on the audience
• Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines
• Organized detailed and results driven

Travel:

<20% -Occasional travel to annual conference or client sites
