CAPE Inc. has a wonderful opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator Part Time (RPT) 12months up to 30 hours/week
Eligible for Hiring Bonus!!!
Position is Non-Exempt Full Time (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience skills knowledge ability and education
Minimum $23.00/hour Maximum $25.00/hour

CAPE Inc. headquarters is in Livermore and provides early childhood education services (Head Start and Early Head Start preschool programs) in Livermore Dublin Pleasanton and Hayward areas. Position Overview: The Administrative Coordinator will perform various day-to-day administrative duties to provide support to the Executive Director/Operations.
Essential Functions: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Operations
Perform various day-to-day administrative duties
Assist with scheduling appointments coordinating meetings and preparation for staff meetings
Data entry onto database etc.
Upkeep of record binders BoD files etc.
Preparation of Board of Director (BoD) meeting packets
Filing copying data entry
Assist with Fiscal mail
Perform other duties as assigned and required
HS diploma or GED; 4-year degree preferred
2-5 years experience
Proficient with database and MS Office Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint
Possession of a valid California drivers license reliable transportation and valid vehicle insurance
* Professionalism and confidentiality a must
Must have strong organizational skills
Ability to work within the philosophy of the CAPE program
Effective communication skills both oral and written
Teamwork/Effective interpersonal relationship with co-workers
Comprehension of job-related responsibilities
Meticulous and customer service oriented
Must be flexible and collaborative
